The Community Sales Consultant will play a vital role in guiding prospective buyers through the home selection and sales process. Responsibilities include building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, presenting community features, and showcasing the benefits of Artisan Built homes. The role also involves actively pursuing new sales opportunities, consulting customers on the home-buying process, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to closing.QualificationsStrong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills for guiding customers through important purchase decisionsCustomer Satisfaction and Customer Service expertise to ensure a positive experience for prospective homebuyersExcellent Communication and interpersonal skills for building meaningful client relationshipsAbility to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented onsite environmentKnowledge of real estate sales processes is a plusSelf-motivation and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and tasks effectivelyPrevious experience in new home sales or a similar field is highly preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plusFlexible schedule with the ability to work weekends
