The PlatformLean, partner-led team with direct access to decision-makers Exceptionally low turnover and long-term team stability Strong client base including institutional investors, developers, and sponsors Culture built on competence, professionalism, and no internal politics ?? What you'll actually be doingRunning transactions end-to-end (not supporting) Leading deals across hospitality, industrial, retail, office, development & NNN assets Managing title & survey review and negotiating curatives Handling deal structuring, authority, and closing mechanics Working with institutional-quality documentation and counterparties ?? Who this is forRelevant commercial real estate transactional experience Proven ability to run deals independently Background in a mid-size or larger firm / sophisticated environment Experience across multiple commercial asset classes Strong technical ability (title, survey, structure, documentation) Required:Georgia Bar admission Fully transactional background (no litigation-heavy profiles) Willingness to be on-site full-time??
