This role will focus on producing high-quality photo and video content, editing assets for social and marketing use, and building a strong, engaged brand presence across channels. You will play a key role in bringing the brand to life through content and connecting with our community. This is a highly cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of marketing, content, and ecommerce. Responsibilities:Social Media Management Execute daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms Develop and maintain the social content calendar Write engaging, on-brand captions and messaging Stay on top of trends and adapt content to maximize reach and engagementCommunity ManagementManage DMs and comments across social platformsEngage with followers to build relationships and brand loyaltyIdentify opportunities to deepen community engagement and conversationContent Creation & Video ProductionCapture photo and video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and website useEdit video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platformsProduce content on a consistent basis, including in-office and on-location shootsEnsure all content aligns with brand aesthetic and campaign directionPhotoshoot + Content StylingOwn styling coordination for all photoshoots in partnership with the CEO's creative directionSelect and organize product pulls for shoots, ensuring alignment with campaign needs and brand storytellingManage ordering, tracking, and returns of all product used in shootsSupport on-set needs to ensure styling execution aligns with brand visionInfluencer RelationsLead the planning and execution of influencer gifting initiatives to drive brand awareness and engagementIdentify and build relationships with influencers who align with brand values, aesthetic, and target audienceManage end-to-end influencer campaigns including outreach, product coordination, shipping, tracking, and performance reportingMaintain and grow an organized influencer pipeline, ensuring consistent activation and follow-upReportingTrack and report on social media performance, content engagement, and influencer activationsProvide insights and recommendations to optimize content strategy and campaign performancePartner with the broader marketing team to align reporting with overall business goalsCopywritingOwn all brand copywriting across email, SMS, website, social, and ad hoc marketing projectsEnsure consistent brand voice across all channels while adapting messaging for performance and platformCollaborate with marketing leadership to translate campaign direction into clear, compelling copyContent & Creative CoordinationPartner with internal team and content creators to ensure assets align with campaign needsBrief content for shoots, email, and digital marketing useSupport photoshoot planning and ensure content captured aligns with marketing objectivesWork cross-functionally to align content across email, ecommerce, and socialQualifications2-4 years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketingStrong video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, short-form content)Experience with content tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similarStrong understanding of social media platforms and trendsComfortable being hands-on with content capture and productionStrong communication and organizational skillsCreative, hands-on content producer who loves storytelling through video and imageryStrong writing and copywriting skills with an understanding of brand voice and an eye for proofreading and grammarProactive self-starter who can move quickly and execute ideasTeam player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentInterested?Email your resume to hello@ with the subject line "Content and Marketing Specialist".
