LHH is partnering with a long standing client to support their growth within Atlanta! They are looking for a Production Manager to add to their team in Northeast Atlanta. This position will be on site and is open due to their their increased production at their new site! They have been growing year over year and offer a great culture with opportunities for growthJob Details:Manages manufacturing schedules, ensuring efficient workflow across the manufacturing process and current work orders.Overseeing Planners and Manufacturing staffUsing company ERP system ( Sage X3 ) for work orders, and collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, and Procurement to resolve issues and optimize output for customer ordersTranslating the demand coming in to the production plans (sales order to work order to the production floor) - understanding priorities and capacity of the site (their sites have corrugates, foams, wood, etc) so material ordering and inventory control experience is importantRequirements:At least 3-4 years in Production Management overseeing site and people performanceTrue manufacturing planning industry experience - shop floor, boots on the ground, and ERP experienceNeed to be Fluent in SpanishExperience managing direct reportsSelf motivated and desire to grow, is non-complacent, and strives to advance themselves AND the company togetherDoes this opportunity interest you?
