Apparel Production Assistant

Nfinity is seeking an Apparel Production Assistant to support our Custom Wear and E-commerce teams in delivering best-in-class uniforms, apparel, and merchandise to cheerleading programs across the country. This role is a perfect fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and wants to be a critical part of the customer experience from concept to delivery.Key Responsibilities:Order Management & FulfillmentTrack and organize all incoming apparel orders across custom wear, retail, and event-specific linesVerify order accuracy and update internal systemsSample & Sizing Kit LogisticsShip, receive, and organize sample sets and sizing kitsMaintain sample inventory and ensure timely returns from customersSupport reps with clear instructions and documentationProduction SupportUpdate timelines in real-time for internal and external teamsCustomer Communication & SupportPrepare and send updates for order status, timelines, and delaysEvent Prep & ExecutionAssist with product logistics for major events (Nationals, Combines, Showcases)Pack apparel kits and on-site gearSupport field reps with last-minute product needs or changesQualifications:Strong organizational and project management skillsExperience in apparel, retail, or event operations preferredFamiliarity with tools like Shopify, Airtable, Slack, and ExcelComfortable managing multiple moving parts under pressureClear, professional written and verbal communicationIdeal Candidate:Highly reliable, with a strong sense of ownershipObsessive attention to detailEnergetic, solution-oriented, and flexibleAble to stay calm under tight timelinesLoves being part of a team but doesn't need hand-holdingCompensation:Based on experience + performance bonuses + gear perks + access to major national cheerleading events
