Information Technology System Analyst

Hiring: IT Systems Analyst (Atlanta - Cumberland Area)Looking for a strong IT Systems Analyst to join a growing support team in the Atlanta market. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role supporting a dynamic user base, ideal for someone experienced, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.Location Requirement:Must currently live in the Atlanta area4 days onsite in CumberlandCompensation:$60K - $70K base (based on experience)What You'll Be Doing:Provide Tier 1 IT support across hardware, software, and mobile devicesTroubleshoot issues across Windows, Mac, iOS, and Microsoft 365 environmentsSupport user onboarding/offboarding (account setup, equipment, access)Manage ticketing system and resolve high-volume support requestsAssist with system upgrades (including on-prem to M365 transitions)Maintain IT inventory and documentationDeliver basic IT training to end usersWhat We're Looking For:3+ years of IT support experience (no entry-level candidates)Strong experience with PC support + Active Directory (must-have)Exposure to Mac environments is a plusSolid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)Experience with ticketing systems and troubleshooting workflowsStrong communication skills and ability to support end users directlyImportant Notes:No job hoppers - looking for stabilityMust be able to speak in depth about experience on resumeThis is a hands-on, support-heavy role (not purely project-based)
