Responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, backlog management, and cross-team coordination.Key Requirements:• 2-5 years Scrum Master experience• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile (SAFe preferred)• Bachelor's degree (IT preferred)• Scrum Master certification is a plus• Excellent communication & facilitation skills (Teams/virtual)• Must be local to Atlanta, GA areaKey Skills:• Agile ceremony facilitation (planning, standups, retros, reviews)• Backlog grooming & sprint planning• Impediment removal & stakeholder coordination• Team coaching & conflict resolution• Agile metrics & continuous improvementMust Have:• 2-5 years Scrum Master experience• Agile framework experience (Scrum/Kanban/XP)• SAFe exposure preferred• Ability to manage transparency, metrics & delivery tracking• Local to commutable distance to Atlanta office
