This role will focus on designing seamless workflows, improving usability, and enhancing overall user satisfaction within Salesforce environments and integrated applications. The ideal candidate combines strong design thinking with a solid understanding of Salesforce capabilities and constraints.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign user-centered experiences for Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) and related applications Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs Collaborate with product managers, developers, and Salesforce administrators to deliver scalable UX solutions Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs Optimize workflows, dashboards, and user interfaces within Salesforce to improve efficiency and adoption Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX documentation Ensure consistency and usability across web, mobile, and Salesforce environments Advocate for best practices in UX design and accessibility standards Required Qualifications3-7+ years of UX/UI design experience Hands-on experience designing within Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud) Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end constraints (HTML/CSS knowledge preferred) Preferred QualificationsExperience working with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) Familiarity with Salesforce customization (objects, workflows, dashboards) Experience designing for CRM, enterprise tools, or data-heavy applications Basic understanding of front-end frameworks or Salesforce development ecosystem Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key SkillsUX Research & Testing Interaction Design & Information Architecture Prototyping & Wireframing Salesforce UX Optimization Cross-Functional Collaboration Data-Driven Design What Success Looks LikeImproved user adoption and satisfaction within Salesforce tools Streamlined workflows that increase efficiency and reduce friction High-quality, scalable design solutions aligned with business goalsAbout GSquared GroupShouldn't your recruiting partner put as much effort and value into your career as you do?
