Key Responsibilities:Weekly Gross - 1586 (Based on completion of 36 hours a week)Per-Diem - Inclusive of Meals, Incidentals & Lodging$936 / weekSchedule: 6:45a-7:15p Call, Weekends, holidays, No BLOCK scheduling.Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environmentsAssist surgeons during operative proceduresAnticipate surgical team needs and ensure proper instrumentationHandle and prepare surgical instruments and suppliesMaintain strict adherence to sterile technique and infection control standardsSupport turnover between cases efficiently in a high-volume ORCollaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia teamsKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certificationMinimum 2+ years of recent OR experienceTravel experience requiredLevel 1 Trauma experience requiredStrong skills competency and high clinical performance ratingsBurn experience preferredExperience in high-acuity, fast-paced hospital settingsAbility to handle complex and emergency surgical casesOur client is a leading HealthcareIndustry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
