Job Summary: The Luggage Handler is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage handling, escorting guests to rooms, delivering amenities, and offering information about the hotel and surrounding area. This role is often the first and last point of contact for guests and plays a key part in creating a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departureAssist guests with luggage, loading and unloading from vehicles/ferryEscort guests to rooms and explain room features and hotel amenitiesDeliver packages, messages, and requested items to guest roomsProvide information about hotel services and local attractionsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areaCoordinate with front desk and concierge staff to ensure smooth guest serviceArrange transportation or assist with valet services when requiredHandle guest inquiries and resolve basic concerns professionally Qualifications: Previous hospitality experience is a plusStrong customer service and communication skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to lift heavy luggage (typically 50 lbs / 23 kg or more)Basic knowledge of local area and attractionsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods Why Join Us?
