You'll own projects end-to-end"”from discovery through deployment and adoption"”while working directly with executives, project teams, and field staff.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who combines deep Procore expertise, strong business acumen, and a consultative mindset, and is looking to take on more ownership, client leadership, and impact.This is a remote role, with our home offices based in Atlanta, GA. There would be an up to 50% travel expectation for onsite client engagements.What You'll DoLead end-to-end Procore implementations, including discovery, configuration, deployment, and post-go-live supportPartner with client stakeholders to analyze business processes and design scalable workflowsServe as a strategic advisor on Procore best practices, adoption, and long-term system optimizationDeliver high-impact training sessions (executive, office, and field users) to drive adoption and ROIManage multiple client engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client experienceTroubleshoot complex system and process challenges, providing thoughtful, solution-oriented guidanceContribute to the development of internal best practices, playbooks, and implementation methodologiesMentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the organizationWhat Success Looks Like Successfully lead multiple client implementations from kickoff to adoptionBuild strong client relationships and become a go-to advisor for Procore-related strategyDeliver trainings that result in high user adoption and client satisfactionContribute to improving internal processes and implementation consistencyWhat You Bring4+ years of hands-on experience with Procore (implementation, administration, or consulting)Strong understanding of construction operations (project management, field operations, financials, or safety/quality)Proven experience in a client-facing or consulting roleAbility to translate business needs into practical system solutions and workflowsStrong communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience leading trainings, workshops, or implementation sessionsExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWillingness and ability to travel up to 50%Nice to HaveExperience with additional construction technologies (Sage, QuickBooks, CMiC, etc.)Background in construction management, construction technology, or related fieldExperience with process mapping, change management, or system adoption strategiesPrior consulting or advisory experienceWhy Ascent ConsultingAt Ascent Consulting, we help construction companies build smarter, more efficient businesses through technology and process improvement.
