The General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction while meeting business objectives. Responsibilities include managing department heads, maintaining financial health through effective budgeting, implementing business strategies, and ensuring consistent delivery of outstanding customer service. Additionally, the General Manager , drive team performance, and ensure compliance with all Marriott regulatory standards.QualificationsProven 3 or more years experience in General Management and Business Management roles minStrong Customer Service skills with a focus on guest satisfactionProficiency in Budgeting and financial performance analysisExcellent communication skills spoken and writtenExceptional leadership, problem-solving, and team management abilitiesBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferredFamiliarity with hotel software systems is a plus.
