Job Description: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
Increase market share and improve KPIs
Identify, acquire, and retain key dealer and contractor accounts
Optimize local distribution strategies
Partner with Regional Sales Manager to develop annual business plans
Conduct Joint Business Planning meetings
Deliver product presentations
Requirements: 4+ years of outside sales experience in the building materials industry
Experience with pull-through selling
Valid state-issued driver’s license
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
