We move fast, operate lean, and expect people to think like owners.Learn more: ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a Senior Associateto help lead acquisitions, underwriting, deal execution, renovations, and asset management across the portfolio.You will work directly with the Founder and be involved in the full lifecycle of our investments from sourcing deals and underwriting opportunities to closing transactions and improving operations after takeover.This role is for someone who wants real ownership, direct exposure to deals, and the opportunity to grow with the company. This role is designed for someone who wants ownership upside, not just salary. CORE RESPONSIBILITIESAcquisitions & UnderwritingUnderwrite new multifamily and select mixed use acquisition opportunitiesBuild financial models for acquisitions, renovations, refinances, and dispositions Analyze rent comps, market trends, and submarket opportunitiesPrepare investment decks and memos for lenders and investorsTransaction ExecutionHelp move deals from LOI through closingCoordinate due diligence, inspections, lease audits, title, lender requirements, and legal closing itemsWork directly with brokers, lenders, attorneys, consultants, and vendorsAsset Management & OperationsTrack property performance against underwriting and business plansHelp improve NOI, leasing performance, and operational executionSupport renovations, CapEx projects, refinance planning, and disposition strategyDevelopment & Renovation OversightWork with contractors, architects, and vendorsTrack budgets, schedules, and change ordersSupport renovation and redevelopment projectsPlatform Growth & Internal SystemsHelp improve internal systems, reporting, and underwriting processes as the company scales CANDIDATE PROFILEYou:take ownershipfollow throughsolve problems without being chasedare strong in Excel, financial modeling, and attention to detail can handle conversations with lenders, brokers, contractors, and investors are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment You want more than a paycheck.
