Operating at scale with a broad product range and customer base, the business is focused on improving how pricing decisions are informed through data, insight, and cross functional collaboration.Overview of role:This is a hands on role within a growing pricing science team, focused on delivering data driven insights that influence pricing decisions and improve commercial performance. You will work across analytics, merchandising, and product teams, acting as a bridge between technical outputs and business actions. The role combines analytical depth with stakeholder engagement, with an opportunity to contribute to building and improving pricing capabilities in an evolving environment.Key responsibilities:Analyse large datasets to identify pricing opportunities, risks, and performance driversTranslate analytical outputs into clear recommendations for commercial stakeholdersPartner with merchandising, product, and analytics teams to influence pricing decisionsSupport and lead pricing discussions, communicating insights to non technical audiencesContribute to the development of pricing tools, frameworks, and processesIdentify opportunities to improve capabilities and ways of working within the pricing functionKey requirements:Strong SQL and data analysis capability, with the ability to work independently with large datasetsExperience translating data into actionable business insightsAbility to communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholdersExperience influencing decisions without direct ownershipComfortable working in a fast paced, evolving environmentExposure to pricing, revenue, or commercial analytics would be beneficial but not essential
