A Floating Assistant is a vital part of our team. This is not a "substitute" role - it is a professional position requiring confidence, flexibility, and strong classroom skills. You will move between classrooms (Infants through Preschool) based on daily needs. This requires someone who: * Is comfortable working with all age groups * Can quickly adjust to different classroom routines * Jumps in immediately and supports without hesitation * Helps children feel safe and comfortable - even when faces change * Thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment If you prefer having the exact same routine every day, this role may not be the right fit. Experience Requirement (Mandatory) * Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed daycare center * Experience working with multiple age groups (infants, toddlers, preschool) * Strong understanding of classroom management and daily structure Only candidates with verifiable daycare experience will be considered.
