Floor Supervisor

About the Role Marea Snow lodge, an iconic brand under AltaMarea Group which has opened it's first Aspen Location, is seeking an experienced Dining Room Supervisor to support front-of-house operations during our high-energy winter season at Snow Lodge Aspen. This role is ideal for a service-driven leader who thrives in luxury, fast-paced, high-volume environments and understands the standards of world-class hospitality. The Supervisor will work closely with management to ensure seamless daily operations, exceptional guest experiences, and consistent execution of Marea’s service standards. Key Responsibilities Support daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow during high-volume shifts. Lead, coach, and motivate FOH team members including servers, hosts, runners, and support staff Act as a point of contact for staff and guests, resolving issues calmly and professionally Maintain service standards, pacing, and floor awareness at all times Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing performance feedback Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless guest experiences Support scheduling, shift coverage, and staff accountability Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies Lead by example with professionalism, composure, and hospitality excellence Must be able to stand, lift, kneel, bend, and carry up to 40lbs without any assistance.  What We’re Looking For 2+ years of fine-dining or upscale hospitality experience Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred Experience working in high-volume, seasonal, or destination markets (Aspen, Hamptons, Miami, Vegas, etc.) a plus Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to stay composed and decisive in fast-paced environments Passion for guest experience and team development Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (commensurate with experience) Seasonal location completion bonus (if applicable) Opportunity to work with an award-winning brand within Altamarea Group Career growth opportunities across Altamarea Group concepts Altamarea Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
