Physician Neurology - Competitive Salary

Job Description:Find out exactly what skills, experience, and qualifications you will need to succeed in this role before applying below.Permanent Neurologist Position in Ashtabula, OH Join a dynamic team at a premier facility in Ashtabula, Ohio, which is affiliated with the renowned Cleveland Clinic.This opportunity is with a multispecialty group practice consisting of over 60 employed providers, including 21 primary care professionals.Experience a supportive environment while providing high-quality care!Job Responsibilities See 15-20 patients per day (non-negotiable).Negotiate a full-time schedule that suits your lifestyle.Participate in on-call duties for 10 days per month.Care for a 100% adult patient population.Limited trauma-based care (0-5%).Primarily outpatient (95%), with minimal inpatient (5%) responsibilities.Work alongside 50 physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers.Utilize onsite lab and X-ray facilities.Receive support from a dedicated ancillary office staff that includes EMG technicians and LPNs.Employ EMG equipment and EPIC for electronic medical records.Reside within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate.Visa sponsorship available for H-1B and J-1 candidates.Credentialing process typically takes 30-60 days.Qualifications Board Eligible/Board Certified in Neurology (required).Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain).BLS and ACLS certification by start date.Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days).DEA registration before start date.Experience in procedures such as lumbar puncture, muscle biopsy, EEG, brain death exam, EMG, and Botox.Must be within a 40-mile radius or willing to relocate.Additional information on visa support and your motivation for seeking a new position is required.Licenses and Certifications Valid Ohio medical license.BLS certification.ACLS certification.Board certified or board eligible in Neurology.Ashtabula, located on the shores of Lake Erie, offers a unique blend of natural beauty and urban conveniences.Enjoy outdoor activities, rich history, and a welcoming community while working within a vibrant healthcare setting. xijylhu This opportunity is perfect for those looking to make a meaningful impact in a picturesque environment!
