The company is known for its collaborative culture, commitment to professional development, and long-term relationships with clients and partners.ABOUT THE ROLESupport Project Managers with day-to-day execution of construction projects from pre-construction through closeoutAssist with budgeting, cost tracking, and project financial reportingHelp develop, update, and maintain project schedulesCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project documentationCommunicate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal teamsTrack RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutesSupport on-site Superintendents to help ensure project milestones are metParticipate in pre-construction activities including takeoffs, scope reviews, and bid levelingAssist with project closeout, turnover documentation, and warrantiesSupport and enforce company safety standards and proceduresABOUT THE CANDIDATEBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field2-5 years of experience in commercial construction (GC preferred)Experience in education or healthcare construction is a plus, but not requiredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesHigh level of motivation with a desire to grow into a Project Manager roleStrong communication skills and professional presenceProficient with construction software and project documentation tools
