About the Organization & Opportunity: Our client is well-known within the food & beverage industry Highly established, publicly traded company Current employees praise the work-life balance and opportunities for professional development and advancement Benefits Admin Responsibilities: Benefits Admin will be focused on reconciliation of data Benefits Admin will assist with union benefits, enrollments, union dues (invoices) – reviewing and ensuing union dues are reported accurately Communicating to/from unions to ensure proper enrollment of benefits Sending new hire info and union enrollments, then entering the new hire into system (life events, etc.) Will reconcile invoices Identifying new hires and terminations Replying to emails and assisting with tickets Ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested Requirements: 2-3+ years benefits experience required Reconciliation of invoices experience Should be familiar with benefits info including terminology of enrollments, election deferral report for 401k plan (there’s also an election or safe harbor match for that deferral). Should have a knowledge of benefits admins and file feeds Degree is a plus but NOT required Union experience is a plus but NOT required Intermediate Excel skills Personality Fit: Deadline driven Asks questions Works well in a fast paced environment Friendly Empathetic Team Player Hard working Dependable Clear communication skills – verbal and written Detail oriented Not afraid to ask questions Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 Qualified candidates please submit your resume for immediate consideration for this exciting job opportunity! #INJAN2026
