The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting leads, managing a sales pipeline, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through end-to-end service coordination.QualificationsProven sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and client relationship managementKnowledge of logistics, freight, and supply chain managementStrong negotiation and contract management abilitiesExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently, meet targets, and contribute to team successFamiliarity with CRM platforms and sales tracking toolsPrior experience in logistics or transportation sales is an advantageMinimum of 3 years of sales, customer service or business development required
