Job Description:
Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.Minimum RequirementsGraduate of an accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program for PT/PTA candidates; graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program for Director candidates.Active New York state license required to start for PT and Director roles.PTA candidates must hold active New York state PTA licensure.Director candidates must have prior leadership or clinic Director experience.Experience working in outpatient physical therapy preferred.BenefitsMedical insurance with clinic covering 50% of cost (administered through ADP).Vision insurance.Dental insurance.Short-term and long-term disability.SIMPLE IRA with 3% employer match and immediate eligibility.Paid time off: three weeks annually, with an additional week after three years.Reimbursement for specialty certifications and CEU reimbursement.Student loan assistance.Bonus incentive program.Profit sharing available for the Director role.Clinic OverviewMulti-location outpatient physical therapy clinic experiencing growth.Multiple roles available to support continued expansion, including PT, PTA, and Clinic Director positions.Team-based environment. Techs assist with modalities and exercise support.Caseload primarily treats musculoskeletal conditions including back, neck, shoulders, knees, hips, and elbows.Patient age range mainly in their 40s–70s; youth athletes are seen after school hours.Treatment model emphasizes 1:1 care, no double booking, typically two patients per hour.Documentation & TechnologyEMR: Prompt.AI-assisted documentation tool available to streamline note-taking and improve efficiency.Compensation & IncentivesSalary commensurate with experience and role.
