Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer (SAP BO / Power BI)We are hiring a Senior BI Developer to lead the design and development of end-to-end data and reporting solutions. This role will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-impact analytics across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and test end-to-end BI solutions including ETL pipelines, data warehouse models, and user-facing dashboardsBuild advanced Power BI reports and implement automation using Power AutomateDevelop and support SAP Business Objects reporting and data solutionsPartner with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into technical deliverablesCreate solution designs, project plans, and timelines with clear milestonesDevelop unit test plans to ensure data accuracy and performanceLead best practices in BI development, data modeling, and reporting standardsMaintain technical documentation and end-user guidesSupport production issues and resolve BI-related problems in a timely mannerStay current with BI tools and recommend improvementsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field6+ years of experience in IT with a focus on Business Intelligence or data engineering5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Data Services and SAP Business Objects3+ years of experience with Power BI and Power AutomateTechnical SkillsStrong Power BI dashboard development and data visualization experienceExperience building automation workflows using Power AutomateSAP BO tools: Web Intelligence, Universe Designer, Information Design ToolExperience with BO upgrades and UNV to UNX conversion is a plusSAP BI administration (CMC, Data Services Admin Console)Strong understanding of data modeling including 3NF, star schema, and snowflake schemaExperience with relational databases like SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and SybaseETL pipeline development (batch and near real-time jobs)Advanced SQL and strong data engineering skillsExperience with GitLab or SubversionPreferred QualificationsExperience with Azure and/or DatabricksExperience in Fixed Income or financial services
