Recruiter - Arlington, VA We are partnering with a client in Arlington, VA to bring on a temporary Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative. This opportunity ideal for someone who enjoys working across a mix of roles in a fast-paced environment.About the role:This position will focus on full-cycle recruiting while also incorporating strong sourcing responsibilities. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to support a range of openings. This role is well-suited for someone who operates as a hybrid recruiter/sourcer and can quickly build pipelines while managing active requisitions.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruiting across practice areasPartner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align on search strategiesProactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking channelsScreen and qualify candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirementsCoordinate interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the processBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needsDeliver a positive, high-touch candidate experienceQualifications:At least 2 years proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including both recruiting and sourcing responsibilitiesExperience supporting a mix of technical and non-technical searchesAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environmentStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsComfortable working onsite and collaborating with teams in personApply today to learn more about this opportunity!
