If you're looking for an exciting opportunity as a new step in your career, apply now!Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a portfolio of Other Transaction (OT) agreements supporting defense prototyping efforts across the full contract lifecycleOversee, mentor, and direct a team of contracts professionals, including task delegation, performance management, and document approvalServe as primary liaison with government customers, performers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful executionDrive complex contract negotiations, mitigate risk, and provide strategic guidance on contractual and performance-related issuesEnsure all agreements, documentation, and contract activities comply with FAR, DFARS, and applicable federal regulationsKey RequirementsActive TS/SCI clearance7+ years of Government/DoD contracting experience, including managing complex contract portfolios3+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience within a contracts or acquisition environmentStrong expertise in FAR/DFARS, contract lifecycle management, and risk analysis/mitigation strategiesDemonstrated success negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholdersBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field
