Role Overview: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, holistic care in line with nursing standards and regulations. Supervise compliance of nursing staff with policies and procedures. Handle admissions, transfers, and discharges with accurate documentation. Make rounds with healthcare and support staff as necessary. Utilize nursing personnel according to resident care plans. Qualifications: Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in good standing. Preferred: One year of nursing experience in long-term care, assisted living, or home care. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with residents and families.
