We are seeking an energetic, skilled Production Associate for openings in our facility in Arkansas City, KS. We operate 24 / 7, 7 days per week. This role ensures that products are aseptically filled, sealed, and packaged according to established protocols, while adhering to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The Scholle Operator plays a key role in maintaining sterile conditions throughout the production process and ensuring product quality. Responsibilities Related to the Job: v Coordinate KanPak Quality activities and operations to meet objective for quality, food safety, integrity, regulatory compliances, cost, safety and customer satisfaction at KanPakv Participate in formulating and administering division’s short and long range goals and objectives for business growthSet up, adjust, and operate Scholle aseptic filling machines and associated equipment in a sterile environment.Ensure correct filling, sealing, and sterilization procedures are followed for each product batch.Monitor the filling process to ensure accurate quantities and proper sealing of packages.Continuously monitor and adjust machine settings for temperature, pressure, and flow rates to maintain the correct conditions for aseptic filling.Adjust settings for different product specifications, ensuring correct fill levels and quality.Works closely with Quality and other departments to meet all safe quality food standardsCommunicates with all supervisors/leads regarding any quality or production issuesContinuous training in processing operations and sanitation.Understands variances in process and directly corrects issues or recommends potential fixes to supervisors/leadsConduct regular quality control inspections, including verifying the integrity of the seals, checking for contamination, and ensuring proper labeling.Accurately complete production logs, checklists, and maintenance records as requiredMaintains all equipment in the processPerform other tasks assigned by supervision Social Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with KanPak/GSF Code of Business Conduct, policies and procedures, management systems, and all applicable Environmental, Health, Safety and other regulationsAct according to KanPak’s Creed & Values Required Qualifications and Knowledge: High School Graduate or GED EquivalentComfortable using hand tools to make machine adjustments Preferred Qualifications:Six months to one year’s experience in food industry, preferred Competencies/Job Skills: Must have excellent communication skills.Basic computer skills.
