RN Field Assessor- AR HealthCare Support is actively seeking an RN Assessor to fill an opening with a prestigious Healthcare Organization working remotely, but must reside in Arkansas to be considered. Must Be Located In One Of These Areas Arkadelphia, Malvern over to Hot Springs NW-Ft. Smith to the Missouri Border Daily Responsibilities Conduct functional assessments for Medicaid beneficiaries, documenting findings accurately and in compliance with program guidelines. Utilize telephonic and digital tools to gather clinical information, evaluate patient needs, and coordinate with supervisors on case determinations. Apply nursing expertise to assess the functional status of adult and aging populations, ensuring recommendations align with Medicaid eligibility criteria Mon-Fri: 7am-4:30pm Required Qualifications 3-5 years experience as a licensed RN RN licensure in the state of Arkansas Experience working with Medicaid/Medicare population (home health background preferred) High level of comfort with technology use Benefits Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Access to Investment Accounts Career and educational tools within our Ingenovis ACT (Advocacy) Program Pay Details $40.00 - $43.00 an hour Interested in being considered?
