This role provides direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for PSC team members, including Tier 1 and Tier 2 functions (transactions, benefits, leave, accommodations). The Supervisor monitors service levels, case trends, and workload distribution to ensure continuity of operations and cross"‘functional support coverage. The PSC Supervisor partners closely with the Director of PSC to drive process improvements, strengthen internal controls, enhance service delivery standards, and support scalable People Operations infrastructure. Success in this role requires operational leadership, strong knowledge of People processes and systems, and the ability to balance service excellence with compliance and efficiency. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Performance Management Provide direct supervision, coaching, and development for PSC team members. Conduct performance evaluations, goal setting, and ongoing feedback. Ensure cross"‘training across benefits, leave, and transactional functions. Support workforce planning, coverage scheduling, and workload balancing. Foster a service"‘oriented, accountable, and collaborative team culture. Social Delivery, Operational Oversight, Quality Assurance & People Experience Monitor ticket queues, SLAs, and case resolution timelines. Ensure accurate and timely processing of people transactions (hires, job changes, terminations). Oversee intake and routing of benefits and leave inquiries. Ensure consistent application of people's policies and procedures. Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow improvements. Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism. Conduct quality audits of cases and transactions. Reinforce proactive communication and follow"‘through standards. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to company policies and federal/state regulations. Partner with Leave Administrator and Benefits Rep to ensure compliant handling of ADA, FMLA, CFRA, ERISA, and related programs. Support internal audits and documentation reviews. Escalate high"‘risk or complex employee relations or compliance matters appropriately. Vendor & Cross"‘Functional Coordination Partner with Payroll, People Leaders, HRIS, and external vendors (e.g., TPA, benefits carriers) to resolve escalated issues and support/lead related projects. Monitor service trends and recurring case drivers. Support implementation of system enhancements and process changes. Process Improvement & Reporting Track and analyze service metrics (volume, trends, turnaround times). Recommend and implement improvements to enhance employee experience and efficiency. Support documentation updates, SOP maintenance, and knowledge base improvements. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of progressive HR experience in shared services, benefits, leave, or HR operations. 2-3 years of supervisory or team lead experience. Deep working knowledge of HRIS (UKG preferred) and case management (ZenDesk preferred). Experience overseeing HR transactions and service delivery workflows. Strong understanding of employment laws and compliance principles. Preferred Requirements Experience in multi"‘state leave administration and benefits operations. Experience implementing or optimizing HR shared services models. New organization/location (i.e. restaurants) growth support including onboarding and local/state/federal compliance requirements.
