Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.Active Florida physical therapy license required to start the assignment.BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.Outpatient clinic experience required. Experience evaluating and developing treatment plans, documenting timely medical records, and writing functional goals is required.Experience supervising or delegating to therapy assistants or students preferred.Familiarity with safe patient handling, infection control, and clinic safety protocols required.Adherence to state practice act and maintenance of professional licensure and required continuing education. Assignment Details Facility type: Outpatient clinic.Shift pattern: 5x8, Monday through Friday.Assignment duration: 13 weeks.Patient population: Outpatient orthopedic and general rehabilitation caseload.Clinical responsibilities: Evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document in accordance with clinic policy and payer requirements, and provide patient and family education.May be required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
