Building Leader for Elementary Targeted Services

Position Type: Teacher - Summer Teacher/Building Leader Date Posted: 1/20/2026 Location: Multiple Elementary Sites Closing Date: 06/12/2026 BUILDING LEADER for Elementary Targeted Services Summer 2 Positions Available DATES & SUMMER HOURS: Wednesday, June 10 set up day - 7.5 hours Monday - Thursday June 15 - 18 and June 22 - 25 HOURS: 8:15 am - 12:45pm (Exact hours may vary by site based on student needs.) 4.5 hours per day, plus 20 additional program hours for preparation, that include the set-up day and 2 - 4 after-school meetings in the Spring that are essential for the position. Total hours are 56. SITES: Andover Elementary and Wilson Elementary SPECIAL NOTE: Indicate location preference on the Summer Program page of the A-H online application. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with district staff on program preparations, provide direction, coordination, and supervision for the Targeted Services staff during summer services. Facilitate good student behavior in the building by working with students, staff, and families. Complete and submit required district paperwork. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Current MN Elementary Ed Teaching License. Must be physically working in the building. (Anoka-Hennepin will make every effort to hire teachers with full standard licenses in the assigned subject and grade level.) PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Current MN Administrative License and/or staff coordination experience. RATE OF PAY: All Summer School Building Leaders will receive the hourly rate in accordance with the working agreement as stated in Article X, Section 6.
