What You Will Experience in This Role: Work alongside leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support growth and align with business objectives. Oversee annual HR processes for designated business units, including performance evaluations, talent assessments, succession planning, and compensation evaluations. Act as a change agent by guiding leaders and employees through organizational transitions, ensuring smooth adaptations. Provide mentorship to leaders on HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, and leadership development. Utilize data and HR metrics to identify trends, diagnose organizational concerns, and guide strategic decisions. Promote a high-performance culture through effective talent management and development programs. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment regulations. Collaborate with various HR functions (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development) to provide comprehensive HR solutions. You Have: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or similar positions. Expertise in employment laws and HR practices, delivering knowledgeable guidance to business units. Strong consulting and collaboration skills, with a knack for crafting engaging workforce strategies. Pay Transparency Our pay scale reflects the expected range of base pay for this position, influenced by factors such as experience, education, and performance.
