A contract position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school setting located in Anoka, MN. This role focuses on providing behavior analysis services to support student success through evidence-based interventions and collaboration with educational teams. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Implement and supervise behavior-analytic procedures to improve student outcomes. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure consistent application of behavior strategies. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. Provide training and guidance to school personnel regarding behavior management techniques. Qualifications and Experience: Must hold Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Proven experience in applying ABA principles within an educational environment.
