This role will focus on building and managing cleared candidate pipelines, sourcing hard-to-find technical talent, and supporting recruiting activities across various stages of the lifecycle, depending on experience level.This position is well-suited for someone with strong curiosity, self-motivation, and the ability to work creatively through challenges. Prior IC recruiting experience is welcomed but not required-this role offers the opportunity to learn the nuances of cleared recruiting through hands-on exposure and mentorship.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively source candidates across technical and functional roles (e.g., Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data, Cyber, Analysis) using a variety of sourcing approaches, including public databases, networking, referrals, and creative research methodsBuild and nurture candidate relationships by managing communication throughout the recruiting lifecycle and maintaining a positive candidate experienceBuild and maintain pipelines aligned to active, pending, and anticipated requirements; assist with screening candidates for technical fit, clearance status, polygraph alignment, and contract eligibilityCoordinate with internal recruiting and program teams to support compliant candidate submissionsTrack and document candidate activity, submissions, and statuses in applicant tracking systems and internal trackersStay current on IC hiring trends, clearance timelines, and market conditions, with guidance and mentorship provided as needed# of Hires Needed1Exemption TypeHiring ManagerBelanger, Alicia (Operations MPO (1.01.01.01))Job RequirementsRequired QualificationsDemonstrated interest in recruiting, staffing, human resources, business operations, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsProactive, "go-to," and goal-oriented attitude with a willingness to take ownershipAbility to learn quickly, ask thoughtful questions, and apply feedback in a fast-paced environmentPreferred QualificationsPrior recruiting, sourcing, or candidate engagement experience (cleared or uncleared)Exposure to Intelligence Community or DoD environments (e.g., through prior work, internships, military service, or academic programs)Experience supporting cleared candidate pipelines or understanding of clearance processesExperience supporting fast-moving hiring efforts, pipeline requisitions, or proposal-driven recruitingStrong desire to grow professionally and expand skillsets, including exposure to operational and business support functions
