You're comfortable stepping in wherever needed to keep office operations running smoothly across our portfolio companies. You take pride in creating an environment where teams can stay focused on their most important work, and you enjoy engaging with employees and supporting a positive experience for everyone you interact with. For you, no task is too big or too small when it comes to helping people, teams, and businesses operate at their highest level.What You'll DoManage office and facilities supplies, maintenance, and general upkeep - including ordering supplies, scheduling cleaning and maintenance vendors, and following up on completion and quality of vendor servicesHandle and receive all inbound and outbound mail and packages, routing appropriately or otherwise alerting recipientsAssist with all portfolio physical locations in Ann Arbor, MI, including offices, restaurants, and rental propertiesGreet and direct office visitors, customers and vendorsFollow up on office-related employee and management requests, ensuring timely completion of requests and communication back to requestorsEnter invoices into QuickBooks and maintain accurate digital filing systems.
