Valid RN license or temporary permit to practice in New Mexico (compact licenses accepted). Current CPR and NRP certifications, or proof of enrollment in certification courses. Prior experience in labor and delivery or related maternal-child health preferred. Key Responsibilities: Provide patient-centered care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. Monitor maternal and fetal health, responding to emergent situations as needed. Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on postpartum care and newborn health. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of care activities.
