Job Description:
The Enrollment Data and CRM Systems Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the University's enrollment goals by managing admissions data systems, enrollment data reporting, communication, and analytics. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity, viability, and effectiveness of the University's CRM, Slate, and related systems. Working closely with other members of the admissions team, the Analyst positively contributes to data-informed decision making, efficient workflows, and accurate reporting throughout the recruiting process, application lifecycle, and student enrollment. Admissions Systems & CRM Management Serves as the primary administrator for the University's CRM, including user permissions, workflows, forms, communications, event registrations, and data structure. Serves as the institutional expert for admissions systems and CRM platforms. Maintains data integrity through regular audits, validation rules, and documentation of system processes. Supports and has authority to implement system integrations with student information systems, marking platforms, testing agencies, and third-party vendors. Coordinates system updates, enhancements, and troubleshooting in collaboration with IT and external vendors. Data Management & Reporting Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc admission and enrollment reports and dashboards to support and establish standards for recruitment strategies, projections, performance metrics, support retention efforts, and maintain university reporting compliance standards. Provide accurate and timely reporting of admission and enrollment data for institutional leadership, internal stakeholders, and external compliance agencies. Analyze application, funnel, and enrollment data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision makers. Operational & Process Support Partner with admissions staff and student CARE team to optimize workflows, automate processes, and improve operational efficiency. Explore and enhance opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Document admissions system procedures and provide training and support to users. Assist in cycle planning, system testing, and quality assurance related to admissions operations. Support data preparation for institutional research, financial aid, marketing, and other campus partners. Collaborate effectively with admissions teammates, operations staff, IT, the Registrar's Office, Marketing and Communication, and other campus partners. Maintain a student-centered approach to data stewardship, privacy, and ethical use of information. Bachelor's Degree 3 to 5 years prior work experience Experience with Slate and various reporting or data visualization tools. Experience integrating artificial intelligence into systems and processes. Experience supporting enrollment management or admissions operations at a small private institution. Clear understanding of FERPA and ethical data stewardship practices.
