This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented pharmacy professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.Position DetailsSchedule: Thursday - Sunday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PMLocation: Anaheim, CA 92801Position OverviewIn this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate patient and prescription data within the pharmacy system. You'll work closely with internal teams and healthcare providers to support efficient operations and high-quality patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain accurate patient profiles in the pharmacy systemEnter and verify prescription information with a high level of accuracyReview and confirm patient demographics, insurance details, and required documentationCollaborate with internal teams and providers to obtain missing or incomplete informationEnter new prescriptions, process refills , multitask (answer phones, manage Teams chat with internal team and another chat function with our customers) per pharmacy protocol.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory guidelinesManage high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy and efficiencyCommunicate effectively to resolve discrepancies and support workflow continuityPayThe anticipated wage for this position is between $21.00 and $24/hour.
