The role goes beyond filling vacancies: it is about providing visibility on upcoming hiring, creating clarity for the organisation, and ensuring that recruitment contributes to growth and transformation.Key contributionBuild and maintain a clear recruitment plan, providing oversight of upcoming needs and timelinesEnsure recruitment runs in a structured and predictable way, so the organisation can anticipate what is comingWork with leaders to align recruitment with strategic priorities, making sure hiring efforts support growth and transformationBring creativity into sourcing and engagement, exploring approaches that add value beyond traditional methodsExpected outcomesThe Tech Recruiter ensures that recruitment is clearly communicated and well coordinated across the organisation. Hiring needs are anticipated and visible to leaders, and recruitment processes actively support business plans and growth. Both candidates and managers experience an efficient and positive process, and recruitment is recognised as a reliable and valuable part of Marktplaats' development.Profile requirements4+ years of experience in a similar environmentExperience recruiting for tech/Product & Tech profilesStrong skills in planning, forecasting, and organising recruitment activitiesAnalytical mindset, able to provide clarity through data and reportingCreative in testing new ways of sourcing and candidate engagementEffective communicator with strong stakeholder management skillsDutch fluency is a plusBenefitsLife at Adevinta comes with its perks!
