Job Requisition: CLINI001307 Employment Type: Full-time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hours/week Hiring range: $60,465.60 - $83,283.20 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Responsibilities Reviews, screens, interviews, and forwards qualified applicants to hiring managers as necessary. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or members of the nursing management team. Responds to inquiries concerning applications and employment opportunities and corresponds to qualified applicants to establish recruiting network. Utilizes various recruiting methods including job fairs, social media, school outreach, networking and print advertising to source candidates. Determines salaries according to compensation policy and guidelines. Negotiates job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates. Foster strategic partnerships with nursing schools and healthcare organizations to source potential applicants. Attends job fairs and arranges with college and nursing school placement offices for on-campus interview dates. Additional Responsibilities Other duties as assigned. Education, Training & Experience Associate's degree in business administration or related field required Minimum of five (5) years' experience in nurse recruitment required; or, Experience with progressive recruitment strategies preferred. Certifications / Licensure Valid NYS Drivers License required Required Skills and Attributes Ability to organize and establish day-to-day priorities while utilizing critical thinking skills in all aspects of the job. Must be able to multitask while remaining professional, focused, composed and positive. Excellent customer service skills and must display integrity, friendliness, and compassion. Problem solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Word, Excel Strong organizational skills. Effective interpersonal skills.
