In this role, you will focus on benign hematology care, managing sick visits and follow up appointments, along with some solid tumor follow up visits, allowing for strong continuity and relationship based care. You will work closely with physicians in a supportive, team oriented setting that values thoughtful clinical assessment and patient engagement. We have various opportunities, including employment at large comprehensive cancer centers to small quaint rural offices. As part of our practice, we provide subspecialty oncology, hematology, stem cell, neuro-oncology, GYN oncology, mobile PET, and Women's Imaging. We are a progressive group and one of the few non-academic sites accredited to perform CAR-T therapy in the United States. Although a private practice, we are the sole hematology/oncology care providers at Albany Medical Center, the largest tertiary care/ academic center in eastern upstate NY. As a part of our association, our providers have academic appointments and are proud teachers of medical students and residents. We have a robust research department with phase 1-3 trials (NRG access).
