Job Requisition: ASSOC001393 Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: Days Hours Per Week: 40 hours Hiring Range: Salary starting at $77,168.00 The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law. Responsibilities: Develops specific goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the family health center operations. Translate organizational strategy into executable, site-level operational plans In collaboration with Director, responsible for forecasting, developing and evaluating annual budgets for all program areas Monitor and manage key performance indicators including access, patient experience, throughput, and associate/provider engagement Leads change management initiatives that align with organization strategy and operational priorities Manages clinical, human resources and financial data to support and enhance decision-making, provides assessment, analysis, planning, monitoring and evaluation of delivery of care and services Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational, staffing, patient, or performance issues Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of patient care services. Develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of health services. Fosters a culture of excellence, inclusion and collaboration across clinic Ensure compliance with federal, state rules and regulations, accreditation standards and procedures, and internal policies and procedures. Support performance improvement and quality initiatives • Ensures clarity of roles, responsibilities, and reporting relationships. Eliminates informal or ambiguous authority structures through clear leadership alignment and transparent communication. Ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Develops and monitors unit staffing patterns to ensure patient safety, quality care, productivity and excellent patient outcomes while meeting applicable standards. Responsible for providing leadership to personnel. Interviews and selects qualified applicants for open, budgeted positions within the guidelines set forth in Human Resources policies and procedures. Provides ongoing feedback to staff concerning their performance, implementing corrective action as needed and per human resource policy. Ensures performance evaluations are thorough, timely and include goal setting for each individual. Establishes systems for open communication and problem solving, encourages employee involvement in safety and health standards, hazard analysis, and performance improvement initiatives. Promotes growth and development in self and others. Develops and documents orientation and ongoing training programs for departmental personnel. Effectively uses Workforce Management time and attendance system and other human resource information systems and processes. Effectively interprets and implements Human Resource policies and consults with Human Resources as necessary. Encourages and supports applicable certification of all eligible staff. Education, Training & Experience: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or similar field required. Master's degree preferred. Clinical background strongly preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of proven success leading a fast-paced medical office environment. Collaborative mindset with the ability to align providers, clinical and non-clinical team members.
