This individual will take ownership of the invoicing process, review and validate internal and external pricing for accuracy and consistency, and collaborate closely with Technical Services, Sales, and Leadership teams to support effective cross-functional communication and alignment across the organization.This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who values precision, accountability, and working in a fast-paced professional environment.Position DetailsFull-Time (40 hours per week)Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMHybrid Schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote (after training period)Compensation: $22–$26 per hour, based on experienceKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and submit accurate customer invoices in a timely mannerReview internal and external pricing to ensure consistency and accuracyVerify purchase orders and billing terms for compliance with agreementsMaintain the Accounts Receivable email and respond professionally to customer inquiriesResearch and resolve billing discrepanciesMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in internal systemsCollaborate with Technical Services, Sales, and Leadership teams to ensure smooth order-to-invoice processesProvide administrative and accounting support as neededQualificationsAssociate’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of Accounts Receivable or relevant accounting experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel skills required)Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProfessional communication skills (written and verbal)Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilitiesCollaborative, team-oriented mindsetFlexible work from home options available.
