If you're the highly motivated person we're looking for, apply now! WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE AS OUR COMFORT ADVISORYou'll be responsible for connecting with prospective customers and selling them the right upgrades and replacements for their current HVAC systems. The right person is outgoing, detail-oriented, and truly motivated to help the customer. Responsibilities include:Completing in-home HVAC consultations and identifying potential upgrade or replacement opportunitiesPerforming load calculations, system evaluations, and equipment sizingBuilding trust with customers and explaining how our services can benefit themClearly presenting equipment solutions, pricing estimates, and financing options to the customersAnswering questions, addressing concerns, and helping customers choose the right equipment for their needsCoordinating with installation teams and assisting the service department to ensure a smooth project hand-offSCHEDULEThis isn't a standard Monday–Friday 8–5 role - and that's part of what makes it rewarding. Comfort Advisors work on a flexible, customer‑driven schedule that varies day to day. Some days start at 8 AM, others at 10 AM, and end times may range from late afternoon to early evening. Saturday availability helps you maximize your earning potential, since many homeowners prefer weekend consultations.
