Conduct regular patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather and terrain conditions. Engage frequently with client employees and guests, ensuring a safe environment. Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activities effectively. Produce detailed reports as needed. Collaborate in a team setting to achieve site and organizational objectives daily. Perform assigned tasks and responsibilities relevant to your site. Basic Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma, GED, or ability to complete the GED program within 6 months. Proficient in standard computer and technology skills. Customer service experience is preferred. Background in Security, Law Enforcement, or Military is a plus. Ability to engage with a diverse range of customers with professionalism. Strong attention to detail and vigilance throughout shifts required. Capable of responding rapidly and effectively in emergencies. Willingness to participate in pre-employment screenings, including drug tests and background investigations.
