What You'll Do:Manage background screening cases from initiation through completionPartner with candidates and internal teams to ensure screenings are completed before start datesReview results and investigate discrepancies or missing informationHandle Requests for Information (RFIs) and follow up with candidatesEscalate adverse findings to HR, Compliance, and leadershipCoordinate with third-party vendors and onboarding teamsEnsure compliance with regulatory and company standards ? What You Bring:2+ years of experience in background screening, HR, or case managementStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh level of professionalism and confidentialityProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, databases)?
