Job Description:
We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a high‑level client account within our fleet services operation. This role is part of the Customer Support team and provides comprehensive assistance to account managers, drivers, and internal/external stakeholders. This is a high‑touch, high‑service role where professionalism, resourcefulness, and strong problem‑solving skills are essential.Position OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will handle a wide range of customer needs, including phone calls, email inquiries, vehicle ordering support, and detailed case resolution. You won’t be rushed off the phone—your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service and fully resolve customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport account managers and assist with fleet-related customer service tasksManage high-volume email and case queues with accuracy and professionalismProvide guidance to drivers (e.g., impounded vehicles, service questions, documentation)Make a small number of outbound calls for follow-ups and information gatheringAccurately document all interactions in internal systemsWork in multiple systems, including CARE for issue trackingCreate vehicle selectors, process billing changes, and generate reportsDistribute insurance cards and update driver dataUse Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, to organize and analyze dataContact drivers via email to collect missing or required informationMulti-task in real time while navigating multiple monitors and databasesRequired Skills & Qualifications2+ years of office-based customer service experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsProfessional presence and comfort meeting with customers via Teams videoHigh computer proficiency; ability to work across multiple systemsProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Must be able to complete:Excel test (formatting + basic pivot tables)Typing test (40 WPM)Email summary exerciseExperience with SalesforceHigh School Diploma requiredJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Alpharetta, GA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
