Job Summary This position involves overseeing, training, and developing workgroups while ensuring strict adherence to safety, productivity, and attendance protocols. The team leader upholds high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service, while promoting effective communication and collaboration among all personnel levels. This role requires innovative leadership to cultivate a positive and engaging work environment. Responsibilities: Forge and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and customers. Facilitate comprehensive training for both new and existing employees. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times. Manage department resources effectively to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency. Encourage a positive, team-oriented atmosphere centered on continuous improvement. Implement personal development plans that promote employees' professional growth. Provide detailed orientations, skills training, and regular evaluations to all team members. Uphold safety standards across all operations within the department. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - preferred. Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs. Availability for flexible shifts, up to 5 days per week. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Management experience - preferred.
