Linux system administration

Qualifications we are looking for these profiles are: • 4+ years of experience in Linux system administration, security engineering, or DevSecOps. • Proficiency in Linux system internals, access control models, package and service management, and log analysis. • Experience with FedRAMP, BSI IT-Grundschutz, or similar compliance and regulatory standards. • Hands-on skills in DevSecOps tools and methodologies, including infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), configuration management (Ansible), and CI/CD (e.g., GitLab CI, GitLab Pipelines). • Scripting and automation experience using Python, Bash, or similar languages. • Strong understanding of container security and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes. • Ability to produce clear documentation and communicate technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders. Nice to Have: • Experience supporting security audits and implementing remediation plans. • Familiarity with security benchmarks such as CIS Controls or DISA STIGs. • Security certifications like Linux+, GSEC, OSCP, or CISSP.
