Job Summary This position involves supervising, training, and developing workgroups while ensuring adherence to safety, productivity, and attendance policies. The supervisor sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, and customer service, while fostering effective communication and cooperation among all levels of personnel. This role requires innovative leadership to cultivate a positive working environment. Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and customers. Facilitate training for new and existing employees. Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times. Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency. Encourage a positive, team-oriented work atmosphere focused on continuous improvement. Implement personal development plans for employees to support their professional growth. Provide detailed orientations, skills training, and regular evaluations to all employees. Uphold safety standards across all department operations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent - Preferred. Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs. Availability for flexible shifts, up to 5 days per week. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Management experience - Preferred.
